We use a carrier service or Royal Mail for our deliveries. There must be someone at your address to sign for deliveries, we cannot  deliver any items without them being signed for at the delivery address. 

Please note, if you ask for your order to be delivered to a different address than where you live, we will contact you before dispatch and undertake extra procedures to prevent fraudulent credit card transactions.

  • We will aim to process your order on the day we receive it and dispatch your order within 2 working days subject to stock availability.
  • We will aim to contact you as soon as possible if there is any reason that would prevent delivery of your order.
  • We will aim to contact you and let you know your order has been dispatched 
  • As we use a third party carrier service and Royal Mail we cannot guarantee you a specific delivery time or date.

What If the items delivered are faulty or damaged?

We check items before we dispatch to customers. This procedure minimises any " dead on arrival" products received by our customers. You should keep all packaging including outer boxes in the event you need to return items.

  • In the first instance, if you feel you have a problem please contact us by email djheavenmail@aol.com or telephone 01902 718166 as soon as possible. We can resolve most queries over the phone or by email.
  • If after having contacted us in the first instance,  you believe that items you have  received are faulty, you must notify us in writing within 7 working days of the delivery of the goods in question. We will then advise you of the options available to you. Please refer to our Terms & Conditions for full details.

Can I cancle my order and return unwanted goods?

You may cancel your contract  with us provided you notify us in writing (by post or email) prior to the goods being dispatched to you or, if you have allready received the goods ,within 7 working days after delivery of the goods.

You must return items in accordance with our returns procedure (see below) as soon as you receive a returns number. We will not accept any returned items unless our returns procedure has been followed  and a returns number has been issued to you. Returns Procedure

You must follow this returns procedure when sending items back to us.
  • When you contact us we will issue you with a returns number which must be displayed on the outer box of any items you wish to return . We will not accept any returned items without a valid returns number.
  • To prevent any delays in processing , you must return the goods to us as soon as you can after receiving the returns number. 
  • You will be responsible for the cost of returning any items to us and we strongly recommend that you insure the items for their full value with the carrier that you use.
  • Any items you return must be carefully  packed ( as they were delivered to you) to ensure that they are  not damaged in transit.
  • The goods returned must be un-used, and in their original packaging, complete with any supplied accessories.
  • We will refund the money you have paid,within 30 days of the date the goods were delivered to you.
  • If items returned by you arrive damaged or incomplete we reserve the right to seek recompense accordingly
  • Software and recorded music can not be returned.
